Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned with the hygiene seal intact (if applicable).

Home Textiles: Items must be in their original fold and free of any scents or laundering.
The Radhekisna Quality Guarantee: Beyond our 15-day return window, all jewelry is covered by our 12-month anti-tarnish warranty. If your piece loses its luster under normal wear, please contact us for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, custom-made orders, and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@radhekisna.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back to our Bangalore studio.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
